Step-by-Step Guide
Start in Bridge
Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat. Place your hands by your ears with your fingers facing your shoulders, then push into a strong bridge.
Kick One Leg Up
Lift one leg toward the ceiling while keeping your backbend strong and your arms straight. Point your toes and push through your hands and standing foot.
Kick Up and Split
Push strongly through your hands and kick your other leg upward. As the legs pass each other, open them into a wide split with both knees straight.
Step Down
Keep pushing through your hands, then step your legs down one at a time. Finish in a balanced lunge with your arms raised.
