Step-by-Step Guide

Start in Bridge

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat. Place your hands by your ears with your fingers facing your shoulders, then push into a strong bridge.

Kick One Leg Up

Lift one leg toward the ceiling while keeping your backbend strong and your arms straight. Point your toes and push through your hands and standing foot.
