How to Do aHandstand

Step-by-Step Guide

Start Position

Stand in a lunge with your dominant leg in front. Reach your arms straight up by your ears and look forward.

Kick Up

Kick your back leg up strongly and push off with your front leg. Place your hands on the floor shoulder-width apart.
